Escaping the wild goose chase. That’s right. Finding some way to get out of the continuous cycle where you’re searching for more and more and more. Success is being able to live satisfactorily without having to constantly job hop for that 20% salary increase or signing bonus. It’s not having to sell your soul so you can make that ideal salary or receive that lucrative promotion. It’s not having to apply to those grad schools or that new job or schmoozing with your bosses. You just do what you do, make what you make, and live how you live — all the while being fulfilled and challenged, not complacent.
